Hi Folks, and a slightly belated Happy New Year to you all!
It's been a busy start to the year for me as I'm about to begin recording my new album which is going to be all consuming but lots of fun I'm sure. The final preparations have certainly been keeping me occupied for the last couple of weeks.
I'm also avidly learning the songs of Bob Dylan for a project I'm doing in Spain this year called Project Dylan Acoustic. The project is a celebration of Dylan's music and marks the 50th Anniversary of his first recording. The show features sets from Derrin Nauendorf, Miguel Banon, and myself, and we'll be playing songs together too.
I always feel that you get inside a song properly when you learn how to play and sing it, and as such the exercise is proving to be very interesting and inspirational. I'm sure we'll all have a good time on the tour too, so lots to look forward to there.

Other dates are being arranged too in the UK and elsewhere in Europe for my ongoing Bare Bones tour, so hopefully I'll see you all on the road before long!
Take care,
Ian
